Small house built in 1915, in the magnificent village of Porcheresse, completely renovated with all modern comforts. Can accommodate 4 people (+1 child from 0 to 3 years old). Equipped kitchen (microwave oven, electric kettle, senseo, percolator, raclette machine, toaster) - pellet stove - living room - open fire - TV and Wifi - 2 bedrooms - mezzanine (sofa - bed) - bathroom (shower)-2WC-terrace-garden (not fully fenced) -garden shed -Parking. We provide on request and free of charge: a baby bed, a high chair and a changing mat. Cleaning fee of 50 euros. A deposit of 150 euros is requested and returned to you within a week of your departure. Animals accepted subject to agreement of the owner, flat rate of 10€ per stay.
